Privacy policy

This notice explains how CallSync Solutions s.r.o. ("CallSync," "Credit Proud," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information through creditproud.com. Credit Proud is a free, advertising-supported educational publisher for a U.S. audience. It is not a credit bureau, lender, debt collector, law firm, credit-repair company, or debt-settlement company.

The data controller is CallSync Solutions s.r.o. Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through the contact form.

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company or organization, selected inquiry type, and message. It is intended for questions, privacy or legal requests, advertising, sponsorship, press, corrections, and other inquiries. A contact submission permits us to respond to that inquiry; it is not consent for unrelated marketing calls or texts.

The contact form relays your message to us by email through Resend; Credit Proud does not maintain a separate contact-form submission database. The newsletter form collects your email address. We send a confirmation link and add the address to our Resend mailing list only after you confirm. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Do not send Social Security numbers, complete account or payment-card numbers, banking credentials, credit reports, identity documents, or other sensitive financial records through the contact form or other general contact channels.

Our hosting and security providers receive technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device information, referring page, security signals, and diagnostic data. Pages include Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the newsletter and contact forms, so Cloudflare may process browser and connection information when a page or protected form loads to distinguish people from abusive automated traffic.

With your analytics choice, Google Analytics measures page views, traffic sources, general interactions, and clicks on labeled partner links. Google Analytics may use first-party identifiers such as _ga cookies. We configure Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals as disabled, and we do not send contact-form contents or sensitive financial information to Google Analytics.

Analytics is off until you select “Allow analytics.” You can reject it or change your choice later through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Our browser-based tools can save entries or checklist progress in local storage when you choose. Credit Proud does not receive that data. The identity-theft response checklist saves only the selected situation and completed-step identifiers, not names, account details, reports, or case numbers. Letter builders and workflow packs remain in the active tab unless you explicitly select “Save this workspace on this device.” When selected, the draft, placeholder entries, attachment checks, and response tracker are stored locally in that browser. You can remove the saved copy from the same control or clear site data.

• Prevent abuse, enforce our terms, comply with law, and protect rights and safety

Where European data-protection law applies, these activities rely as appropriate on your consent, steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the publication, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Credit Proud is funded in part through advertisements, sponsorships, affiliate links, and referrals. We may receive compensation when you click, call, sign up, or purchase through a labeled commercial placement. Compensation does not change the price of our free guides and tools or guarantee any result.

CreditHusky, IdentityIQ, and the independent partner phone line are third-party services, not Credit Proud staff or services. When you follow a partner link or call a partner, that provider receives ordinary connection or telephone information and any referral identifier, then handles information you provide under its own privacy policy and terms. Credit Proud does not transmit contact-form contents, credit reports, account numbers, or sensitive financial documents through an affiliate link.

We disclose information as needed to providers that host and protect the site, verify form traffic, deliver email, administer newsletter contacts, provide analytics after consent, or maintain the service. Current categories include Cloudflare for hosting and Turnstile, Resend for email delivery and newsletter contacts, and Google Analytics for consented measurement.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate fraud or security incidents, to protect people or legal rights, or in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell contact-form or newsletter details as a standalone marketing list. We do not use information submitted to Credit Proud to determine credit eligibility, provide credit repair, or make lending decisions.

Newsletter confirmation links expire after 24 hours. We keep contact messages and related correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business and correction records, resolve disputes, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. Newsletter information remains until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to limited suppression records needed to honor an opt-out. Hosting, security, and analytics records follow provider settings and are retained only as reasonably needed for their stated purposes. Your analytics choice and any tool information you choose to save remain in local storage on your device until you change the setting, use the relevant clear control, clear site data, or we replace the stored setting.

We use HTTPS, access limitations, form verification, and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so please do not use general contact channels for sensitive financial or identity records.

You may reject analytics without losing access to Credit Proud. You may unsubscribe through a newsletter email or contact us through the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent or complain to a competent data-protection authority.

Use the contact form, choose “Privacy / legal request,” and identify the request in your message. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where law, security, fraud prevention, transaction records, or another person's rights require it.

Credit Proud is operated by a Czech company for a U.S. audience. We and our providers may process information in the European Economic Area, the United States, and other locations where providers operate. Where required, international transfers are handled using an applicable legal transfer mechanism and safeguards.

Credit Proud is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit a child's personal information through the site.

We may update this notice as the site, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised notice here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required.
