These Terms govern your use of creditproud.com, operated by CallSync Solutions s.r.o. (“CallSync,” “Credit Proud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Credit Proud publishes free guides, directories, definitions, templates, and browser-based tools about credit reports, debt collection, consumer rights, and related subjects. No purchase or Credit Proud account is required to read or use these editorial resources.

The content is general education, not legal, tax, financial, credit-repair, debt-settlement, lending, or identity-theft advice for an individual situation. Credit Proud is not a credit bureau, lender, debt collector, government agency, law firm, credit-repair organization, or debt-settlement company. We do not act for you, determine whether an item is inaccurate, or promise deletions, score increases, settlements, or any other outcome.

Credit Proud is advertising-supported. The site may contain advertisements, sponsorships, affiliate links, paid referrals, and optional third-party tools. We may receive compensation when you click a labeled commercial link, call a labeled partner number, sign up, or purchase from a third party.

Commercial placements are identified near the relevant link or call to action. Compensation supports the publication but does not make a third party part of Credit Proud, guarantee an outcome, or change our stated editorial sourcing standards. Third-party products may charge fees even though Credit Proud's own guides, templates, and tools are free.

Editorial citations and links may lead to government agencies, credit bureaus, collectors, software providers, or other third parties. Optional partner services, including CreditHusky, IdentityIQ, and the independent partner phone line, are operated by separate organizations under their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, eligibility rules, security practices, and customer-service processes.

Review a provider's current terms before creating an account, uploading a report or document, connecting another service, calling, or purchasing. Credit Proud does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, billing, security, performance, or decisions.

You may use the site only for lawful, personal, informational purposes. Do not interfere with site operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or overload the site in a way that impairs service; impersonate another person; submit unlawful or infringing material; or use site content to deceive, harass, or violate another person's rights.

Templates are starting points. You are responsible for checking names, addresses, account facts, deadlines, state law, and the suitability of anything you send. Browser-based calculations are estimates based on your inputs and are not promises of lender, bureau, collector, court, or tax outcomes.

Personal information submitted through contact and newsletter forms is handled under our Privacy Policy; it does not become our unrestricted property.

You retain ownership of non-confidential material you submit. You give us a limited right to use a contact message as reasonably necessary to answer it, investigate a correction, administer the relationship, secure the service, and comply with law. If you voluntarily send a non-confidential suggestion or feedback about Credit Proud, you permit us to use it without an obligation to compensate you. Do not send confidential business information or sensitive financial or identity records through general contact channels.

The site design, original text, graphics, software, organization, and Credit Proud branding are owned by CallSync Solutions s.r.o. or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may read, print, or save reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish substantial portions, remove attribution, sell the content, or imply sponsorship or endorsement without permission.

Third-party names, marks, source material, and linked content remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a company or agency does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

We work to support material factual claims with reliable sources, but laws, agency guidance, company details, prices, product features, reporting practices, and deadlines can change. Content may contain errors or become outdated. Verify important information with the cited primary source and a qualified professional when your rights, money, court deadlines, bankruptcy, identity theft, or state-specific rules are involved.

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Credit Proud and CallSync Solutions s.r.o. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, credit-score changes, collection activity, missed deadlines, or losses arising from reliance on the site or use of a third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any non-waivable consumer right.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue content or features and may revise these Terms. Revised Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a revision means the revised Terms apply from that date. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, third parties, or legal rights.
