Personalized auto-insurance quoting or premium review when a consumer agrees to share eligible driving data with an insurer through an Arity partner.
A notice naming Arity Services means the insurer considered an Arity driving report or score, but the insurer made the quote or premium decision. Arity says a consumer will not have this FCRA report unless driving data was shared with consent for an insurance quote.
What may be in the report.
The actual fields depend on the product ordered and whether the company has information about you.
- Trips, miles, start dates and times, and weekday, weekend, or night-driving mileage
- Acceleration, speeding, braking, and phone-use events derived from telematics data
- An Arity driving score or other driving information furnished for the consented insurance quote
Request, freeze, or dispute the right file.
Use these direct paths instead of a paid credit-repair service or a phone number from an unsolicited message. A freeze at one company does not automatically freeze another report.
Request your report
Choose “Request Consumer Report” in the Arity Services portal. A free report and driving score are available if Arity Services has a file created through the consented insurance-quote process.

Choose “Dispute Consumer Report” in the same portal and identify the trip, event, mileage, phone-use indicator, or score information being challenged.

Official dispute pathFirst three steps.
Do not dispute accurate information just because it led to an unfavorable decision.
- 01 Confirm which app, insurer, or quote flow obtained your consent to share driving data with Arity Services.
- 02 Request the Arity report and compare the covered dates, trips, mileage, driving events, and score with the app and your records.
- 03 Dispute a specific report error with Arity Services and ask the insurer how it used the corrected information.
Separate the reporting-company disclosure from the decision-maker’s action.
The company that supplied a report usually did not make the final decision. Use the notice decoder to choose the credit, banking, housing, employment, insurance, or utility context, then identify the report and next record to compare.
